- For extended stays, we do not clean rooms daily but provide amenities in advance.
- During payment, we use cash trays and disinfect items like pens.
- Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizer.
Public Space
- We follow recommended ventilation standards and limit elevator capacity to avoid crowding.
- Regular disinfection of high-touch areas in hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
- We use ethanol-based or hypochlorous acid-based disinfectants for high-touch areas.
Employee Measures
- Daily temperature checks, mandatory mask-wearing, and promoting hand hygiene and cough etiquette.
- Employees with symptoms are instructed to stay home and seek medical advice.
- Limiting business travel and in-person meetings to prevent crowded conditions.
Guest Requests
- Guests with symptoms like fever or feeling unwell are asked to refrain from visiting.
- If feeling unwell during the visit, please inform staff immediately.
- Cooperation in using hand sanitizer and wearing masks inside the facility is appreciated.
